This cleanroom was designed and installed for a photonics company needing a class 100 cleanroom for manufacturing, testing, and R&D. The customer wanted a series of ESD cleanroom bays, low energy usage, storage over cleanroom, large equipment doors, UV block rooms, and special safety lights. American Cleanroom Systems furnished and installed class 100 rooms with low energy DC motor, HEPA fan filter units, aluminum on aluminum honeycomb cleanroom walls, static dissipative heat welded vinyl flooring, 125 PSF mezzanine, motorized sliding doors, special UV block windows and lights, and laser warning lights.
